This Privacy Policy sets out our practices with respect to personal information collected from the visitors of iMonetizeIt.com (hereafter referred to as the “Site”) as well as registered affiliates (collectively referred to as “you”). Our Site offers a publicly accessible blog. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request the removal of your personal information from our blog, contact us at support@imonetizeit.com. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so. Also, we cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, the law, or your privacy.
Our Site also uses plugins from various social networks. These plugins allow you to share our blog articles. Integrating the plugins allows the social networks to receive the information that you have called up the relevant page of our Site and can collect your device and access data. Notice that iMonetizeit will not be held responsible for the data collected by affiliates or advertisers who contract the services of iMonetizeit, being responsible for the processing of data.
As a Processor by the classifications of GDPRs, we cooperate with our partners (Data Controllers and other Data Processors) to make sure any kind of user data is handled under the agreed terms and in compliance with the pertinent regulations and laws.

We will process your requests to us within 30 days. We will also notify a relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours from a breach related to your personal information that we hold.
We have assigned a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who may be reached via dpo@imonetizeit.com. Our DPO is tasked with ensuring that we acknowledge and abide by our data protection responsibilities.
We keep personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal information was collected, for example during the period during which you are registered on our Site or Platform, to attend to any legal claims, for example, if we believe that you have violated our rights, or for as long as required by applicable law.
When the personal information that we have collected is no longer required, we will delete it securely. We may further process data for statistical purposes, but in such cases, data will be anonymized.
In the course of business, we may transfer personal information to our related entities. We also may transmit your data to our (sub)contracted service providers, both in and out of the European Countries.
Where we transfer the personal information of users to our related entities or service providers in countries that have not been deemed to have an adequate level of protection under an adequacy decision of the EU Commission or The UK Adequacy Decision, we have put in place specific contracts containing the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or standard data protection clauses to be issued by the Commissioner under S119A(1) Data Protection Act 2018, which is incorporated into DPAs concluded with our partners, who should be considered “data importers”, in order to ensure that your personal information is treated by all parties in a way that is consistent with and which respects laws on data protection, in particular the GDPR and UK-GDPR.
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) (as augmented and amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, or “CPRA” (California Civil Code Section 1798.100 et seq.)) gives California residents certain rights with respect to the processing of personal data. Under CCPA, “Personal Information” is defined as information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with California consumers or households. The California Code of Regulations defines a “resident” as:
(1) every individual who is in the State of California for other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and

As a California resident, you have certain rights with respect to the personal information collected by businesses.
Right to Opt-Out. You have the right to direct iMonetizeit to not sell or share your personal information to third parties at any time. PLEASE NOTE THAT IMONETIZEIT HAS NEVER SOLD OR/AND SHARED AND NOT GOING TO SELL OR/AND SHARE ANY PERSONAL DATA OBTAINED FROM YOU.
The CPRA requires data controllers to obtain a consumer’s consent before processing their sensitive personal data. Please note that iMonetizeit does not generally collect sensitive personal data from California residents who visit our Site and will not process such data if it is inadvertently collected. Therefore, we will not request consent for processing of such sensitive personal data collected from the Site.

If you are a resident of the State of Virginia, Colorado, or Connecticut subject to certain exceptions, you have certain data protection rights as defined by the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”), Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”) or The Connecticut Data Privacy Act (“CTDPA”) respectively. iMonetizeit aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your personal information.

AS IMONETIZEIT DOES NOT CONDUCT THIS TYPE OF “SALE” AND PROFILING, WE DO NOT OFFER SUCH KINDS OF OPT-OUTS TO VIRGINIA, COLORADO, AND CONNECTICUT RESIDENTS.
The VCDPA and CTDPA require data controllers to obtain a consumer’s consent before processing their sensitive personal data. Please note that iMonetizeit does not generally collect sensitive personal data from Virginia or Connecticut consumers who visit our website and will not process such data if it is inadvertently collected. Therefore, we will not request consent for processing of such sensitive personal data collected from the Site.
How to exercise your rights please read in Section 12 “REQUEST FOR EXERCISE OF RIGHTS” below. In addition to the general procedure, Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut consumers have the right to appeal the decision if iMonetizeit declines to take action regarding the consumer’s request. To exercise your right to appeal you may in the same way as another privacy rights, make an appropriate request according to Section 12 “REQUEST FOR EXERCISE OF RIGHTS”.
If the appeal is also denied, under request, we may provide you with an online mechanism, if available, or another method by which you may contact the Attorney General to file a complaint.

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person whose information we have in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with the information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
NOTE: We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
REQUESTS MADE THROUGH AGENTS – You may designate, in writing or through a power of attorney, an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights.
