This is a clickable banner that is placed over the page content in the form of a full-fledged block in the same browser. Thus, the rest of the page becomes inactive until the user closes the banner.
How to install Overlay Ads?
1. Create and set up Smartlink;
2. At the end of the page you will find the “Overlay” tab;
3. Copy the script below to clipboard;
4. Paste it between the head tags ( <head>…</head> ) of all your website pages where you want to run the overlay;
5. Choose frequency сap;
6. Copy the Code.
Now, let’s talk about the PopUnder format:
PopUnder is a pop-up ad format that automatically opens your landing page below the user’s active windows.
A popunder is considered more tactful, as it appears discreetly below the browser window. The user can finish their work in the browser, then close the tab, and only after that the ads will appear. So the probability that the user sees the popunder is much higher than a usual pop-up ad that everyone tries to close immediately.
